The fountain in Irving Circle Park was up and running on Friday. And it is looking great! Please help us keep it running. Do not let your kids or pets in the fountain. They could damage the equipment and contribute to water loss. Plus, the surface in the fountain is slick and is a slip hazard. And there are chemicals in the water to keep mosquitoes and algae from growing. It is a fountain, not a pool!Also, please keep trash out of the fountain. Trash can get caught in the pump system, causing the motor to burn out. If you see anyone throwing trash or sticks in the fountain, climbing into the fountain, or letting their play in the water, please ask them to refrain. If they don't, please call the Indy Parks Rangers at 327-PARK (327-7275).
